This page explains what data Minus4 collects and why. We keep it lean today—no tracking cookies or marketing pixels right now. If that changes, we’ll update this page and ask for consent where required.

What we collect

• Email and the league you activate when you subscribe to a league roast. We use these to send welcome and weekly “roast ready” emails and to look up the right league.
• Roast views per league and gameweek, with a short-lived hashed fingerprint (derived from IP + browser info, rotated daily). This helps us count unique visitors and keep weekly sends limited to leagues people actually view. We do not store raw IPs or set cookies/localStorage for this.
• League data from the public FPL API (standings, manager snapshots, stats) needed to generate the roast. We store the computed roast output and supporting payloads to serve/share the report and improve freshness.

Retention

- Subscriber and league association data is kept while you’re subscribed. Unsubscribing removes you from future sends.
- Impression data is kept for a short period (e.g., ~90 days) for aggregate reporting and then deleted.
- Roast payloads and outputs may be stored to serve/share the report and to keep cache warm; we only use public FPL data for this purpose.

How to opt out

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us if you want your subscription removed.
